GCI Taps Ensim to Manage Multiple Services for its Reseller Network from a Single Platform

Enables GCI and Resellers to Implement More Effective Retail Model

SAN JOSE, CA – June 24, 2015 – Ensim Corporation, a leading provider of automation and orchestration solutions to service providers and enterprises, today announced that  GCI , one of the fastest growing, privately owned and managed Information and communications technology providers in the UK, has selected the Ensim Automation Suite (EAS)  to enable a cloud marketplace for the company and its resellers, as well as manage Microsoft Exchange and Lync 2013 for its multi-tiered distribution business.

Ensim Automation Suite enables ordering, configuration, automated deployment, self-service, charge-back, ultimately allowing an end-user or IT professional within an organization to take full advantage of IT as a service (ITaaS).

The end-to-end platform provides delegated multi-level administration portals that allow simplified and automated self-service at all levels (customer, agent, reseller, service provider) for GCI and its VARs.

Ensim Cloud Marketplace (ECM), an integrated component of EAS, provides a sales, marketing, and ordering portal where GCI and each of its resellers can publish and support their own fully-customizable catalog. Ensim’s Service Catalog Manager allows GCI to combine and manage automated and manual provisioning services from a single bundle, giving it and its reseller network the flexibility to more efficiently operate as a retail business.
